Draper (84020) is very desirable community located at the South end of the Salt Lake Valley about 23 miles (30 minutes) from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Like so many of the Salt Lake County growth areas, Draper has typically large homes that were built within the last 15 years.  Many areas are still zoned as horse property and pressurized irrigation is available in some locations for watering the north forty.
The average price of a single family residence is $438,825 with a high sold price of $2,600,000 for the first seven months of 2006.
Draper is known as a premier hang gliding spot in the country and as one of the most deirable places to live in Salt Lake County.  The Salt Lake County Hang Gliding Park is located at 15300 S Steep Mountan RD (100 E).

Draper, UT 84020

Holladay (84117) has some of the largest estates in the valley even though the average price for the entire area is only $446,369 with a high sold price of $2,255,000 for the first 7 months of 2006.  In this established area land is at a premium because a majority of the homes were built between 1950 and 1980.  Often older homes will be purchased just for the land to build one or more new homes.  Even though prices are almost double the average price in Salt Lake County overall, this is a great place to buy a home that has not been updated because you can make it as nice as you want and still get a good return on your investment when you decide to sell.
Holladay has small town ambience but is not that far from downtown.  There is a great sense of community here and Holladay even has it's own arts festival each year.

TESTIMONIAL - Park City Luxury Homes

Dear Orren,

I wanted to thank you for the excellent job and deal that you brokered for me for the Park City property. You jumped right on it and secured the deal within 48 hours. I would not have
had a chance for that piece of property if you hadn't acted so quickly and professionally.

I have never had such a positive and easy experience in buying a home. As you know, my job as CEO with a growing business is so demanding and stressfull and you made this transaction
pleasant and painless. If all my business deals could be so smooth I would be a very happy lady.

Thanks again for a fantastic job!!!!

Sincerely,
Lisa Corcoran
